Meanwhile, despite its significant growth, U-Needle likes to operate as a close collaborating team. To maintain this close collaboration in the team, U-Needle has a flat organisational structure with an informal working environment. We like to make jokes, lunch together on a daily basis (for free!), have a Do-Mi-Bo (dutch abbreviation for Thursday afternoon drinks), and have multiple team-activities a year. These team-activities varying from a group BBQ to a sporty session of padel. To top it all of, we are located at the University of Twente with locations of Broodbode, Starbucks and Subway around the corner, and plenty of beautiful places to go for a walk into nature during the lunch.
